This time around, we’ve changed the rules around a bit to make it a super fun and positive experience for all entries!
1. Submit ONE PHOTO photo of yourself in IF Ladies gear to contests@blankgeneration.com . Every week in April, we will upload 5 photos to our Facebook. The photo with the most likes at the end of 1 week moves on to the final round. Submissions are accepted all month long (1 per person), so keep those submissions coming!! WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Proof that you are the #1 Iron Fist fan!!!! (this is NOT a "modeling" contest, so show your love creatively and in a fun way!!!) Also include:

2013 OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW: IRON FIST CLOTHING("Sponsor") is conducting the "IRON FIST CLOTHING Miss Iron Fist Contest " ("Sweepstakes") starting April 2, 2013 at 12:01 AM PST and ending May 7, 2013 at 11:59 PM PST ("the Sweepstakes Period"). At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes may be extended until May 15, 2013. The Sweepstakes is being administered by IRON FIST CLOTHING ("Administrator").
ELIGIBILITY:
This Sweepstakes is open to individuals that are residents of all countries where IRON FIST CLOTHING is shipped or sold on shop.ironfistclothing.com, that are eighteen (18) years of age and or older as of the Ending Date, submissions from individuals younger than eighteen (18) years of age will be accepted if entered with the permission of a legal guardian with consent included an the email submission to contests@blankgeneration.com and the email to be submitted from the guardian’s account. Employees, officers and directors of IRON FIST CLOTHING, their affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or production agencies, webmasters and web suppliers (and their immediate family members [parents, children, siblings, spouse], regardless of where they live, and individuals residing in their same household, whether related or not) ("Sponsor and Agents") are not eligible to participate.
HOW TO ENTER:
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may submit a PHOTO of themselves wearing Iron Fist product; by sending the image to contests@blankgeneration.com. Eligible entrants must read the complete Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer prior to submission. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupt or illegible entries; or for unauthorized human intervention; or for phone, technical, network, website, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures, malfunctions or disconnects of any kind. All Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor, and will not be returned or acknowledged other than as specifically described herein. For an entry to be eligible, the Administrator must receive the entry on or before April 30, 2013 at 11:59 PM PST, or if extended, by May 15th, 2012 at 11:59 PM PST.
One “positive” commenter on Facebook will be chosen each week, and also win one free item from IF Ladies of the winner’s choosing, subject to availability.
WINNER SELECTION:
Potential sweepstakes winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period we will pick 5 entrants each week in April and post them to the official Iron Fist Clothing Facebook page http://facebook.com/ironfistclothing and the top photo from each week will be posted on the official Iron Fist Facebook page on or about Next Business Day After May 1, 2013 (the "Posting Date"), or if extended, Next Business Day After May 1, 2013. Once the Finalists submissions have been posted voting on Facebook will begin and will last for 1 week. Voting will be done by use of the “Like” feature on Facebook and the winning submission will be the Photo with the highest number of “Likes” at the end of the 1 week period. Ending May 7, 2013 (the "Drawing Date"), or if extended, by the Next Business Day After May 15, 2013. Administrator's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Finalist will be notified by email within two (2) Days of the Posting Date. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, he/she is found to be ineligible, he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official rules or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified and, if applicable, an alternate potential winner of such prize will be selected at Administrator's sole discretion.
PRIZES; APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE; ODDS:
1 eligible entrant will be awarded a Prize of 1 years worth of Iron Fist Shoes paid in one shipment totaling 12 items of Iron Fist merchandise (“Prizes"). Prizes cannot be substituted, transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash, and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with prizes of equal or greater value should the Prizes become unavailable for any reason. Limit of one prize per person, household or address. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The approximate retail value of the prizes is $1200. All taxes, handling fees and similar charges, if any, on prizes, are solely the responsibility of the winner and are not reflected in the value of the prizes awarded. Prizes are subject to availability and limitations apply.
GENERAL:
By entering, entrant hereby: (a) releases Sponsor, Administrator and their respective agents, affiliates, employees, directors and officers from all liability, injuries, loss and/or damage of any kind arising from their participation in the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to entrants self-sponsored travel, and the acceptance and use/misuse of any prize; (b) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules; (c) gives his or her express permission to be contacted by Sponsor and its affiliates by e-mail, mail or telephone; (d) represents that entrant has reached the age of majority as of the Drawing Date or is entered with the permission of a parent or legal guardian; (e) represents and warrants that he or she has the right to use the e-mail address hereunder and the authority to submit the referral's name or contact information; and (f) gives his or her express permission to allow Sponsor and/or Administrator to release entrant's e-mail address to third-parties. Entrant indemnifies Sponsor for the breach of any of the above, and agrees to execute any or all of the above in writing upon request.
By submitting an Entry, or posting to any IRON FIST CLOTHING Social Media Platforms entrant consents to the use of his/her name and likeness (including photographs, and video) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation in all media, including Sponsor's website, worldwide (except where otherwise prohibited by law) in perpetuity. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, with exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the Courts of Los Angeles, County, California, United States. If you have received a mailing or e-mail regarding this Sweepstakes and would like to have your name removed from our mailing list, please send a 3" x 5" card with your name, address and e-mail address, if applicable, to the Administrator at the address below in Section 9.
CONDITIONS:
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the sweepstakes if any fraud, computer fraud, computer virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Administrator in its sole discretion, or if Sponsor does not receive a substantial number of eligible entrants. In such event, Administrator reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of impairment. The Administrator reserves the right in it sole discretion to disqualify any individual, winner, or referrer it finds an e-mail address to be invalid, tampering with the entry process, operation of the Sweepstakes or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be in violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor and/or Administrator reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Administrator's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter the Sweepstakes will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or any other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
OTHER CONDITIONS:
Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to the Webpage (to the fullest extent permitted by law). In no event shall Sponsor, Administrator and their respective agents, affiliates, employees, directors and officers be responsible for injury or damage of any kind (including direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages), to entrants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes regardless of whether the material is connected to the Webpage by a hypertext link.

YOU MUST READ AND ACCEPT THIS DISCLAIMER BEFORE PRODUCING ANY SUBMISSION TO IRON FIST CLOTHING By reading this disclaimer and guidelines, through the act of submitting a photo or video you acknowledge that you have read, agree to and will comply with the terms of this disclaimer.

This Submission Disclaimer and Guidelines must be read and accepted before producing and submitting any photographs, concepts, ideas, communications, footage and/or materials, including, without limitation, all elements thereof (collectively, the "Submission") to Iron Fist Clothing. ("Iron Fist Clothing") for the benefit of iron Fist Clothing and its affiliates, in connection with Iron Fist Clothing-branded contest and photos and videos (each, a "Video" a “Photo”), upon the following express understandings and conditions. I acknowledge, understand and agree that Iron Fist Clothing is under no obligation whatsoever to review, consider, use, publish, display or broadcast my Submission or to air, broadcast, develop, continue to develop or otherwise produce or publish any Photo, Video or any other material, content or program, whether or not involving my or anyone else's photographs or other Submission or otherwise.
1. Submission Guidelines. I represent and warrant that I have read, understand and shall follow these submission guidelines . I understand, acknowledge and agree that upon my submission of the Submissions to Iron Fist Clothing, that the Submission becomes the property of IRON FIST CLOTHING for all purposes thereafter and IRON FIST CLOTHING shall not have any obligation to return or account to me for any Submissions I submit to IRON FIST CLOTHING, that IRON FIST CLOTHING is not under any obligation to provide me with any compensation or credit (verbal or written) for by Submission and/or IRON FIST CLOTHING's use of the Submissions within or as part of any Video. In addition, I acknowledge that IRON FIST CLOTHING is not requesting (i) that I or anyone else engage in any activities that may create a risk of harm, loss, physical or mental injury, emotional distress, death, disability, disfigurement, or physical or mental illness to me, to any other person, or to any animal; (ii) that I or anyone else engage in any activities that may create a risk of any other loss or damage to person or property; or (iii) that I or anyone else engage in any activity that may constitute a crime or tort. I agree that I will not engage in any of the foregoing activities in connection with producing my submission. Without limiting the foregoing, I agree that I will not inflict emotional distress on other people, will not humiliate other people (publicly or otherwise), will not assault or threaten other people, will not enter onto private property without permission, and will not otherwise engage in any activity that may result in injury, death, property damage, and/or legal liability of any kind. IMPORTANT: If you are under the age of 18, IRON FIST CLOTHING will not look at your submission without your parent or guardian's approval via email to stating that your parent or guardian approved of the activities involved with your submission before you began producing it.
2. Release. I agree that IRON FIST CLOTHING, its parents and related companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, and their past, present and future directors, officers, agents, representatives, employees, contractors, partners, shareholders, members, successors, and assigns (collectively, IRON FIST CLOTHING Parties) shall not be liable for any liabilities, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, or penalties of any kind arising out of or relating to my activities in connection with producing my Submission. I agree not to sue or pursue any claims against IRON FIST CLOTHING Parties and I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the IRON FIST CLOTHING Parties from and against any and all liabilities, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, or penalties of any kind (including attorneys' fees) arising out or relating to my submission and/or the production thereof.
3. Similar Material. I acknowledge that other persons may have submitted photographs, footage, ideas, concepts or other material to IRON FIST CLOTHING, may have made public, or may originate, submit or make public, material similar or identical to any materials, proposals, suggestions, concepts and the like relating to my Submission. I acknowledge both that IRON FIST CLOTHING receives numerous submissions of similar, equivalent or even identical content, information or material from many parties and/or may have already developed and/or considered similar or identical concepts to those contained in the Submission and that IRON FIST CLOTHING's review of the Submission is not an admission of novelty, priority or originality. I understand and agree I will not be entitled to any compensation because of the use of, or because of the manner associated with, any content, information or material that is similar, equivalent or even identical to the content, information or material relating to my Submission. Even if I subsequently see or learn of a presentation, motion picture, still photograph, film, video or any other content which appears to incorporate any idea or concept or include anything similar to that contained in any photograph or other Submission I or anyone else submits to IRON FIST CLOTHING ("Other Project"), I agree that it is purely coincidental and unavoidable and IRON FIST CLOTHING shall have no obligation to me with respect to any such Other Project. I will not assume or infer that my Submission has been accepted, posted or displayed.
4. Miscellaneous. I acknowledge, understand and agree that (a) there does not now exist, nor has there ever existed, nor will there exist, a fiduciary or confidential relationship between me and IRON FIST CLOTHING and that the Submission is not being submitted in confidence or in trust, nor am I an agent nor acting on behalf of or as a representative of IRON FIST CLOTHING in connection with the Submission; (b) I am making this submission on a voluntary and unsolicited basis; (c) I have not agreed to this disclaimer in reliance upon any representation or promise, whether written or oral; (d) I acknowledge that I will be required to execute a formal agreement with IRON FIST CLOTHING in the event that IRON FIST CLOTHING intends to use my Submission.

We've had a lot of comments and issues about shipping, but we are now offering $8 flat rate shipping for all orders within the continental US! Plus, for $100+ orders in the US and $200 + orders international still get free shipping too. We know a lot of customers have had issues with our shipping costs in the past, and we've been negotiating with UPS again and again, but GAH! it's difficult since we are not as huge as giant corps like Amazon or SuperGiantClothingCompanies... but we are doing our best!! The $8 flat rate shipping was possible because... we love you guys and we've decided to take the hit for the difference <3
