- Shipping & Delivery
- All US orders are shipped by UPS. Please allow 5-10 business days for ground shipping. This is after your order has processed. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package. APO and FPO addresses will be charged an additional $5 shipping fee and shipped out USPS. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for your package, otherwise your order may be returned to us. You will receive emails from UPS directly giving you updates on your package, please check your spam folders. For a price estimate and tracking please visit www.ups.com. If an item runs out of stock before your order is processed, a refund will be automatically issued back to your credit card or Paypal account within two to three business days. Please hold on to your gift cards. Expedited Shipping (Express Next-Day and Three-Day Shipping) is available to mainland USA customers only. Expedited Shipping orders must be placed before 7AM PST for it to go out the same day. Expedited Shipping orders placed on Friday after 7AM PST - Monday 7AM PST will arrive on Tuesday. These options are not available for customers outside the contiguous mainland US. Please note that international rates apply to locations outside the 48 states such as Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
International Orders Please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery. This depends on the amount of time the order is in customs. Your shipping charge will vary based on weight and country of destination. Expedited shipping is not available for International orders. Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. USPS and Iron Fist are not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. Iron Fist cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. We do try to minimize these charges by listing the ‘wholesale’ cost of your package on the commercial invoice rather than the retail value. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing your costs. We cannot mark International orders as a “gift” in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees – this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. - Returns & Replacements
- Returns will be process after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition. Please allow 7 business days from when it is delivered for your return to be processed. You may return an item within the first 30 days after receipt so long as the items are in the original condition for a full refund, this excludes SALE items. You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit. No refunds are available for sale items – only exchange or store credit Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. A separate box should be used to ship Footwear back with the original box inside. The Original box cannot be used as packaging for shipping, you will not be refunded for these returns nor will you be eligible for an exchange ! Items worn, with stains, or smell like smoke or anything else for that matter! cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, Iron Fist will not be responsible for processing and returning such items. Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns. Gift Certificates are not refundable There will be a $5 processing fee for items returned without either the original receipt or an RMA number. Shoe Return Policy We accept returns for shoes 30 days from the date of receipt only if there is a defect in the shoe, or if they are unworn. Any shoe that has wear on it without a defect can NOT be returned. A refund will not be granted for items which are returned with obvious wear or when footwear packaging is damaged and Iron Fist is not responsible for returning the shoes to you. This will be determined by the Iron Fist staff. All returns must come with the original shoe box and receipt. DO NOT use the shoe box as the shipping box because they would be damaged in transit. Any returns without the original shoe box or with damage shoe box will not be accepted. Please contact customer service if you have any questions prior to processing a return.Swimsuit Policy Iron Fist does not accept returns on swimsuits. Underwear Policy Iron Fist does not accept returns on underwear and intimates.

- How can I check on the status of my order? To review your order status, click on the ‘My Account’ button located on the side navigation. Enter your username and password. How long will it take for my order to be shipped? Your order will be shipped in the order it is received. You should receive your package about 4 to 7 business days after that. (unless it is an international shipment). Can we please mention something here about orders places after 9am on a certain day, weekends, and Fridays? You can check on your order status at any time by signing into your Iron Fist Clothing account. How will my order be shipped? US orders will be shipped via UPS.

Why was my order cancelled? You may have made a duplicate order. When this happens we cancel one of the orders to make sure that you were not charged twice. Often these emails relate to verifying your information, or completing payment, or notification that we did not have an item you ordered. If you have any questions about your canceled order, please contact us with your Name & Invoice ID#. I received a damaged item - what should I do? We apologize if you have received any damaged items with your order. We understand this is a huge disappointment. But we can exchange any items that were mistakenly sent to you. Iron Fist Clothing will Insure all Postage Fees included with Damaged items, or items sent that where not in you order,make sure to request an exchange so that we can get you the items you wanted in the first place.
